‘The Eventfull’ assures you that all details provided by you such as your name, email address and any other contact details you provide us with, will be secured and not given to any third parties. From time to time ‘The Eventfull’ will email you with special offers, promotions and to communicate new products to you.

You do have the opportunity to opt out, we don’t set out to ‘spam’ our customers in any way.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your username and password and any other account information you may provide.

Any information provided or purchases made by children, will need to have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Product Information

Prices provided on the website for goods or services may vary from time to time, without notice. Prices will not vary once you have placed your order. We will attempt to be as accurate as possible with our prices and product descriptions, however there may be instances where errors in products or pricing may occur.

Order Information

Only until orders are paid in full (and received by ‘The Eventfull’) will orders be dispatched. Once an order is placed with ‘The Eventfull’ you have entered into an agreement with us. We will email you a confirmation email to confirm your order.

Cancellation of an order If for any reason you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@theeventfull.com.au If payment has already been made and the order has been delivered to you, you will need to pay for the items to be returned. Cancellations, returns & exchanges will only be accepted in writing.

Out of Stock Items

If there are Items that are unavailable with the original order, the customer will be notified and may have the option of choosing another item, or place the items on backorder, From time to time, items may no longer be available by suppliers or are no longer stocked,, if this is the case the customer will be advised and given the opportunity for a change of item or a full refund.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted and will need to be made in writing, within 10 days of purchase. Returns that need to be refunded will be made through the original payment method. It is your responsibility to ensure the returned items are packaged properly so they are not damaged during return transit. Returned items must be in the original condition, unused and unopened.

Delivery

It is your responsibility to enter your correct delivery address once you place an order. If you enter the incorrect address, we are not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense. We allow up to 10 days delivery time, depending on stock availability and courier partners, however we work to ensure you will receive your order as soon as possible. If an item has been lost in transit, we will not resend stock immediately. We will look into the issue and track where the item may be. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
